Every stage anticipates the next.

Develop

Review the design intent, interfaces, tolerances, materials and site conditions that affect manufacture.

Program

Translate approved information into shop drawings, cutting data and a production sequence.

Machine

Cut and process components accurately, keeping grain direction, edge treatment and fixing strategy visible.

Assemble

Bring parts together in controlled conditions so alignments, movement and junctions can be checked early.

Test

Mock up or trial critical details where the finished result depends on repeatable movement or tight interfaces.

Prepare

Protect, label and sequence the work for transport and installation, with site access and final assembly in mind.

04 / BEFORE INSTALLATION

The workshop is where site risk is reduced.

Complex work still needs capable installation, but its important questions should not first appear on site. Drawings, CNC programming, bench assembly, sample testing, dry fitting, hardware preparation, protection and delivery sequence are considered while there is still room to change the method.

05 / READY TO LEAVE

Visible alignments, clearances and interfaces are reviewed against the developed information.

Movement tested

Doors, drawers, screens and other moving parts are trialled where practical before transport.

Exposed faces, edges and vulnerable components are protected for handling and delivery.

Parts identified

Components and hardware are organised so the installation team can follow the planned sequence.

Access considered

Component size, lifting, transport and final assembly are considered before the work is dispatched.
